Holding up the Universe is a heart whelming and inspiring story. Now many people think that this book is harsh because it centers around bullying and fat shaming. It also has some very bad language. But once you get past that, its a great book. 

 Libby who was once named "Americas Fattest Teen" Just lost her mother and has to go back to school after being home schooled. She is a victim of the bullying. 

 Jack who cant recognize faces. He has is own set of problems. 

 Once these two get caught up in cruel high school game and it leads them to go to counseling together. They start becoming Friends and end up feeling less lonely because they have each others company.

Christopher Hart is the aurthor of doodletopia manga. This is a how to draw manga characters and much more. Its such a time killer when i dont have much to do i can sit down and just spend hours drawing different things. It doesnt just have human characters. It has animal charaters to draw also. This is such a great thing to give a teenager (or you can just keep it for your self).

I'm here again to do another review, and this one is great. I got this food thermometer from Tomoson at a discounted price. 

This has changed my life and I will never go back to cooking any other way. I was scared to cook with a thermometer because I was afraid that it was going to mess up and ruin my meal and that was not the case. I love this. Ive used it in a number of my meals. Cooking hamburgers, sausage patties, ribs, steak. You name it Ive cooked it. This just puts the icing on the cake when it comes to utensils. All in all its a great product. 

Book Review- Boy Meets Depression

Boy Meets Depression is a book that can make you go on a roller coaster of emotions. 
Boy Meets Depression is a heart book written by someone who lived with this mental illness. Who suffered through it and came out alive. This book let me get a little look into the mind of someone, other than my self, with this exact same mind set as him. 

"The thing about trying to figure out who you are is that it's big waste of time. You never end up finding yourself, only being a part of the journey which is creating you." (pg 172) 

"I'm not much a fan of stars, but I am a fan of the idea that sometimes life has to go pitch black before you can really appreciate the light." (pg 174) This really spoke to me because once you seep into the pit of darkness. You can see the light and how badly you want it but being so far away from it you can't reach out and touch it.

People don't really truly understand the pain and suffering someone with depression has went through or even gong through. We need to talk about this topic because there are way to many people who feel like they can't talk to anyone. It isnt until someone reads a book like this one or anything that deals with this topic and maybe for some thats to late.
